01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the sayawin platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, together with sayawin's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Your acceptance of these Terms is evidenced by: (a) clicking any "I Agree", "Accept", or equivalent checkbox or button during account registration; (b) accessing or using any part of the sayawin platform following publication of these Terms; or (c) making a deposit or placing a bet on the sayawin platform. Any of the foregoing actions constitutes full acceptance.

02 Eligibility

03 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration

To access the full features of the sayawin platform, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid email address or mobile number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may register and maintain only one sayawin account. The operation of duplicate or multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, sayawin reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all associated accounts and void any bonuses, pending withdrawals, or winnings across those accounts.

3.3 KYC Verification

sayawin is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing any withdrawal. As part of the Know Your Customer ("KYC") process, you may be required to submit one or more of the following: a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS card, UMID, PRC ID, or voter's ID); proof of residential address; and/or documentation supporting the source of funds deposited. sayawin reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sayawin account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes. You agree to notify sayawin immediately via live chat or email if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. sayawin will not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to adequately protect your login credentials.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Currency

All transactions on the sayawin platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP ₱). sayawin does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs are the sole responsibility of the Player.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods

sayawin currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, and 7-Eleven cash-in channels. 4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your sayawin account within seconds of a successful transaction. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to one (1) business day to reflect, depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution. sayawin is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking networks.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name and matching your verified KYC identity. Withdrawals cannot be directed to third-party accounts. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are published in the Cashier section of the platform. sayawin reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

sayawin maintains a strict Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy in compliance with applicable Philippine law, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended. sayawin reserves the right to freeze, delay, or report any transaction it reasonably suspects to be connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illicit financial activity.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

sayawin may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion, which shall be read in conjunction with these general Terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible game contributions, and expiry period will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion page. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated period will result in the automatic expiry and removal of bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

sayawin employs automated systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming bonuses across multiple accounts; systematically placing low-risk or opposing bets to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk exposure (hedging or arbitrage); using bonuses in a pattern inconsistent with genuine recreational play; or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms. Any account identified as engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses cancelled, associated winnings voided, and may be permanently suspended.

5.4 Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. sayawin reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotion at its discretion, including where there are reasonable grounds to believe the player does not satisfy the eligibility criteria. Players residing in certain regions or using certain payment methods may be ineligible for specific promotions.

06 Game Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Game Availability

sayawin offers a library of games sourced from third-party game providers. The availability of specific games may vary based on your location, account status, or ongoing maintenance. sayawin reserves the right to add, remove, or modify any game or game category at any time without prior notice.

6.2 Random Number Generation

Past game results do not influence future outcomes.

6.3 Malfunction Policy

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the sayawin platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms, potentially giving rise to civil or criminal liability:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to access the platform, place bets, or interact with games in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players, including sharing cards, hands, or game information in real-time to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.

09 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the sayawin platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational use. 12 Account Suspension & Termination

12.1 Suspension by sayawin

sayawin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• A chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal is filed against a deposit.
• The account is identified as a duplicate of an existing account.
• The account holder is found to be under 21 years of age.
• A self-exclusion request has been processed for the account.
• Any regulatory, legal, or compliance requirement necessitating closure.

12.2 Voluntary Closure

12.3 Effect of Termination

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting the sayawin support team. sayawin will endeavor to acknowledge your complaint within two (2) business days and provide a substantive response within ten (10) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall limit sayawin's right to seek urgent interlocutory or injunctive relief before any competent court.
